The Technical Consultant is the technical reference for our customers and is responsible for technical advising on NCR products, collecting user requirements, functional specifications analysis, technical documentation, testing activities, software release and installation package, and deeper problem determination and resolution.
It’s a combined position of SME, QA, Advanced support, and BA for various NCR products, with a special focus on Self Checkout and POS solutions.
This role is one of the highest technical roles within NCR PS and requires a combination of qualities that will enable a successful candidate to work end-to-end to deliver projects, support customer needs, and business and technical initiatives in the industry and with customers.
