As the Global Marketing Manager for Genetic Testing Solutions, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success and global strategic direction of our genetic testing solutions. This includes managing marketing programs such as launches, concepts, and campaigns. You will serve as the overall lead for both consumer and patient initiatives, working closely with Product Directors and Regional Marketing teams.
Your role involves developing and executing marketing strategies through strong communication skills, digital expertise, and extensive marketing experience. You will deliver targeted content globally, reporting to the Vice President of Global Marketing and collaborating with the Global Marketing team, Product Management, and Regional Marketing teams. Your leadership will ensure the design and execution of impactful marketing programs aligned with business objectives.
1. Develop and communicate a clear, visionary marketing strategy that aligns with the company's long-term objectives for genetic testing solutions.
2. Lead the development of value propositions, marketing plans, campaigns, and sales tools on a global scale.
3. Plan and develop an integrated marketing mix, with a strong emphasis on digital strategies such as web, email campaigns, webinars, and social media content.
4. Oversee the preparation and execution of marketing concepts for new product launches to maximize commercial impact.
5. Collaborate with upstream product management to incorporate customer and market insights into product vision and roadmaps.
6. Lead the creation of patient marketing concepts and campaigns to ensure effective communication and lead generation within this target audience.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 10 years of regional or global marketing experience, preferably within the Medical Device sector.
2. Strong background in marketing and brand management.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
4. Proven leadership and project management abilities, capable of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
