The manager of the establishment is a fundamental piece in our stores, the reference figure with the company and the staff, and as such you will be responsible for managing the team and the organization of the Palma de Mallorca store in all its aspects.
We ask for strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, autonomy, and problem‑solving skills to coordinate the team and guide the point of sale towards the company’s objectives.
Your tasks will be:
* Coordinate and supervise the work of the team.
* Informing and training the staff following the guidelines of Subdued.
* Organizing the schedules and daily activities of the staff.
* Checking and replenishing the merchandise assortment.
* Evaluating priorities and ensuring compliance with all administrative and safety practices.
* Managing cash operations and the necessary information to verify the store’s performance.
* Ensuring the style of the point of sale aligns with the company’s policies.

REQUIREMENTS
* At least one year of experience in an agency/company/freelance.
