The company’s products are sold in more than 50 countries. /p p We are looking for a b RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE (Ft.) in Spain /b /p p to strengthen our presence in key DIY retail stores across Spain. /pp In this role, you will be responsible for implementing brand strategies at store level, supporting sell-out activities, and developing strong partnerships with retail customers – with a key focus on one of our Key Account Customers. /p p You will work closely with stores and store managers, ensuring the correct presentation of SKIL products, executing promotional activities, and training sales staff on our solutions. /p pstrong Key responsibilities /strong /pulli Present and promote the SKIL product range in key retail stores across Spain /lili Implement marketing materials and ensure correct in-store brand visibility /lili Train store staff on SKIL products, features and benefits /lili Present SKIL offers and promotions to store managers /lili Negotiate promotional placements and in-store visibility /lili Build and develop long-term relationships with retail partners, especially Leroy Merlin /lili Monitor market trends, competition and store feedback /lili Act as a brand ambassador for SKIL in the Spanish retail market /li /ul pstrong Your profile /strong /pulli Vocational education or degree in Commerce, Business or a related field /lili At least 1 year of experience in sales within the hardware, DIY or tools industry /lili Strong negotiation and communication skills /lili Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team /lili Entrepreneurial, hands-on and results-driven mindset /lili High level of motivation, resilience and “hunter mentality” /lili Conversational English skills (spoken and written) /lili Willingness to travel extensively within Spain /lili Previous experience with Key Account Customers is a strong advantage /li /ul pstrong What we offer /strong /pulli Fixed-term contract /lili Competitive salary package: fixed annual salary and variable compensation based on KPIs /lili Company car /lili Home-office based role with nationwide responsibility /lili Opportunity to work with a strong international brand and a dynamic sales team /lili High level of autonomy and responsibility /li /ul pstrong Keen to become part of our team: /strong /pp We look forward to receive your CV with motivation letter which you can send to: /pp When applying, please share your salary expectations and when you could ideally start. /p
