About The Job
Based in our Barcelona office, you will lead a team of demand planners across the EMEA region. Your key responsibilities include:
* Supporting and developing local demand planners reporting to you
* Implementing an S&OP framework within your region, including demand reviews, assortment screening, NPI process, and pre S&OP meetings at the regional level
* Improving product availability by analyzing data, forecasts, and order patterns
* Monitoring stock levels and proposing action plans to reduce excess stock
* Encouraging the use of our demand, forecast, and inventory management tool Slim4 (Slimstock)
* Acting as the SPOC for Slimstock regarding functional questions and improvements
* Supporting local companies and aligning with the EMEA way of working
Set yourself apart
Candidates should have 3-5 years’ experience in demand and inventory planning, with knowledge of demand reviews, S&OP cycles, NPI, portfolio management, inventory policies, and ABC analysis. Additional requirements include:
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field
* Hands-on mentality, accuracy, analytical skills, and proactivity
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
* Knowledge of Slimstock or similar inventory tools
* Understanding forecast accuracy metrics and bias
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP) and PowerBI is advantageous
* Flexibility to travel across EMEA
* Enthusiasm and leadership qualities, with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
