We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Software Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain solutions within our cloud contact center platform.100% Remote.The role may require on-site attendance at the Madrid offices approximately 1 per month.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain customer experience flows in Genesys Cloud Architect.Build and support integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, Data Actions, and event-based services.Implement routing logic, automation, and configurations for voice and digital channels.Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and IT teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability.Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities following development best practices.Support continuous improvement of the contact center platform and related processes.Takeover of periodical on-call duty (7x24) usually 1 per month.Requirements & Qualification3‑7+ years in contact‑center/telephony development or systems engineeringAt least 2 years working specifically with Genesys Cloud or equivalent CCaaS.Experience with Jira and ConfluenceEnglish B2+/C1Nice to have / PreferredGenesys Cloud certifications.Experience with Genesys Architect API; Inbound and Outbound Campaign API specifics.Cloud provider experience (AWS, Azure or GCP) and networking (VPC, subnets, NAT, security groups).Experience with event-based integrations (EventBridge or similar).Exposure to CRM systems (MS Dynamics).Experience with REST APIs, ServiceNow, webhooks, JSON, OAuth2 and JWT.What can we offer?✈️ 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!❤️ Numerous benefits (Health Care Plan, teleworking compensation, Life and Accident Insurances).`Retribución Versátil` Program: (Meals, Kinder Garden, Transport, online English lessons, Health Care Plan…)Free access to several training platformsProfessional stability and career plansUST also, compensates referrals from which you could benefit when you refer professionals.The option to pick between 12 or 14 payments along the year.Real Work Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime…)UST Club Platform discounts and gym Access discountsIf you would like to know more, don’t hesitate to apply and we’ll get in touch to fill you in detail.
