Job Description
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth in the Iberian market.
* Oversee and manage all operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
* Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business development.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
* Prepare and present reports on market performance and operational outcomes.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences in the Iberian region. Full P&L ownership for Iberia (Sales Revenue, Gross Profit, SG&A, Operational Profit)
* Monitor performance against strategic objectives (top & bottom line)
* Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies based on market analysis
* Define pricing strategy and oversee contract management
* Lead initiatives to strengthen market positioning in Iberia
* Manage key accounts and support business development with existing clients
* Coach and lead the Iberian commercial team
* Collaborate with European headquarters and cross-functional teams
* Work primarily from the Madrid office, with regular field visits
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as a commercial leader with full P&L responsibility
* Minimum 5 years in sales and people management within a healthcare or related setting
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
* Deep understanding of the Iberian healthcare market
* Experience in Hospital Products
* Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt in a changing environment
* Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
* Must be based in the Madrid region
