About the role
This role supports the overall performance of plant production operations by planning and organizing resources and teams to ensure compliance with H&S;&E;, quality, service, cost, and people standards. It also coordinates daily deviations with other departments to maintain strong SQSCP performance.
The position is additionally responsible for identifying efficiency losses, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities, participating in operational meetings, and helping establish new standards when processes or equipment change.
Your responsibilities
- Manage factory personnel to ensure compliance with delivery and cost targets.
- Support coordination with other departments regarding interventions in the factory, ensuring the production plan is not interrupted.
- Monitor and follow up on OEE losses caused by factory incidents.
- Draft and review factory procedures and operating methods.
- Support the preparation and review of the factory's CILES plan.
- Support the investigation of workplace and/or environmental accidents and incidents within the assigned area, proposing technical measures to prevent recurrence.
- Propose improvement and corrective actions, and manage their technical execution to minimize the risk of accidents in the assigned area.
- Propose and implement improvements to reduce waste generation.
- Support the analysis of Non-Conformities and assist in the execution of corrective actions.
The experience we're looking for
- Degree in Engineering
- Intermediate level of English
