The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, and 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries.
Who you are
Leading a district with responsibility for all aspects of the management of multiple stores, shop-in-shop locations and concessions.
Responsible for driving business, meeting budgets, and maintaining a proactive business plan.
What you’ll do
People
Inspire, lead and coach store management teams
Recruit and develop top talent
Manage HR issues with HRBP
Partner with HR and Finance on performance tools
Service
Support customer service resolution
Drive revenue through local events
Collaborate with partners and corporate teams
Analyze reports and action plans
Identify marketing opportunities
Operations
Ensure brand standards and merchandising
Inventory, logistics, audits, and peak planning
