Experteer Overview In this role you lead the RESH function for Essity's Consumer Tissue BU, shaping safety, health, and environmental performance across international sites. You act as a trusted advisor to the Leadership Team, driving a strong safety culture and aligning RESH activities with strategic priorities. You will develop programs, ensure compliance, and collaborate with regional Environmental Directors to drive risk reduction and sustainable practices. The position offers global impact, opportunities to influence governance, and a focus on the I Care journey in a manufacturing context.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Lead the I Care Journey for the Consumer Tissue BU and advise the Business Leadership Team on RESH - Set RESH goals, objectives, and implementation plans with BU leadership - Develop and maintain RESH programs, policies, procedures, and training modules - Ensure compliance with RESH legislation and maintain an integrated management system - Collaborate with global RESH counterparts to improve health, safety, environment, and risks - Coordinate risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and training;

support CAPEX for risk reduction - Drive incident management processes, investigations, and follow-up actions - Ensure alignment of RESH activities with strategic priorities across regions - Coach and develop RESH team members;
