Plan, coordinate, and execute events (congresses, training programs, visits, workshops, corporate travel, etc.) Budget management and cost control On-site event coordination and supervision Post-event evaluation and continuous improvement A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, protocol, event planning, communications, public relations, tourism, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in event management At least 2 years within medical devices, pharma, healthcare, wellness, or cosmetics sectors High level of Spanish and English (mandatory) Proficiency in office software (Microsoft), as well as event and travel management programs and applications.
