We're hiring two interns to join our Intelligence Operations team on a fully remote basis, based in Spain (preferably near Madrid).
What You'll Do
Monitor social media platforms, domains, and other open sources for relevant developments.
Collect, organize, and summarize information to support intelligence reporting.
Track emerging trends and help the team surface actionable insights.
Triage alerts from monitoring systems, filter false positives, and escalate issues per internal procedures.
Contribute to intelligence summaries and operational reports for internal and client use.
What We're Looking For
Curious, self-motivated individuals with strong research or OSINT skills.
Background in Social Sciences, Media Studies, International Relations, Security Studies, Cybersecurity, or similar analytical fields.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a knack for synthesizing information from multiple sources.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with full fluency in Spanish and / or Italian.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with OSINT tools and techniques.
Experience with research, investigative projects, or analytical work (academic or otherwise).
Participation in CTFs, academic research, or personal projects related to intelligence or security.
Why This Role
No prior knowledge of cyber threats is required; we'll provide hands-on training.
You'll work directly alongside the intelligence team, taking on real operational tasks from day one while they focus on high-value analysis.
It's a practical entry point into intelligence operations, not a coffee-and-filing internship.
We will also get together often in Madrid in the coming months, so you will have time to meet the team and work alongside more experienced colleagues.
Contract & Compensation
This internship is designed for students enrolled in a program with an internship (\"Prácticas académicas\") requirement who are available for 30 to 40 hours per week for around 6 months.
As part of the selection process, you will be required to secure a \"Convenio de Prácticas\" with the university / education provider.
Our interns receive a monthly stipend of 800 euros.
Additionally, this job could lead to the opportunity to join the team in late 2026 on an employment contract if business need permits.
