We make it easy for anyone, anywhere, to buy, sell, and trade crypto using everyday payment methods like cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Revolut and Venmo. We provide simple tools to send, receive, and manage stablecoins. We're fully licensed and regulated across the U.S., UK, EU, Canada, and Australia, with a commitment to trust and compliance. We've launched a consumer app and continue to iterate to improve accessibility and usability.

What you will do
Responsibilities
Be embedded with Product and Engineering to ensure compliance requirements are incorporated from ideation through launch and ongoing management
Serve as the primary compliance liaison for Product, Engineering and Design teams you're aligned with
Consolidate compliance requirements from various stakeholders
Highlight potential disconnects or opportunities between compliance requirements and business priorities
Identify, escalate and facilitate conversations between compliance stakeholders for comprehensive requirements
Maintain a compliance playbook with regulatory requirements, documentation, checklists, and approval workflows for new products or enhancements
Work with the Compliance Risk team to conduct product risk assessments and mitigate vulnerabilities
Outline a regulatory requirements framework that is digestible for product, engineering and operations teams
Present new product initiatives to the Compliance organization
Project Management (Compliance Operations)
Develop Business Requirements Documents to facilitate implementation of compliance processes with Operations and Product
Coordinate with Product and Operations to ensure regulatory requirements are met pre- and post-implementation
Consolidate requirements across jurisdictions and identify efficiencies or optimizations
Ensure internal policies and procedures reflect new products or enhancements
Provide regular reporting to Compliance Leadership on new products, enhancements, and implementation progress
About You
5-7 years of experience in compliance
Professional experience in cryptocurrency required
Ability to collaborate with others internally and externally
Knowledge of integral regulatory agencies and regulations
Experience with risk and compliance requirements in various global jurisdictions
Strong analytical thinker with risk identification and assessment capabilities
Problem-solver with ability to develop and implement solutions
Effective communicator for technical and non-technical audiences
Proactive and detail-oriented with strong regulatory understanding
Bonus Qualifications
Professional certifications (CRMP, CRCM, CCEP, etc.)
Experience in a startup environment
