Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Oversee the implementation of business processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
Develop and execute the project plan, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Identify dependencies across functional, technical, and business teams.
Manage risks and issues associated with SAP implementation.
Technical Coordination: Coordinate technical activities between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on integration requirements and deliverables.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Act as the main point of contact between business users, data stewards, and technical teams.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Provide regular updates to senior management and project stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigations.
Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration‑related issues during implementation and post‑go‑live support.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and audits.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for business integration discussions, providing updates and insights to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT integration roles, with a focus on SAP projects, particularly S/4HANA.
Proven experience in managing technical teams and coordinating cross‑functional IT activities.
Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
SAP certification in relevant modules.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
Excellent communication skills.
