We're looking for an experienced Junior MES Manager to join on a global digital manufacturing journey.This is a hands-on role focused on rolling out and scaling MES across multiple plants in Europe, with some exposure to Asia and the US.
You'll help define the future of how we monitor production, integrate with ERP (SAP), and bring real-time insights to the shop floor.What you'll do:Lead MES implementation and integration across sitesStandardize production tracking, OEE reporting, and data flowsWork closely with ERP (SAP) and our main MES vendorBring in innovation – predictive maintenance, digital twins, and moreHelp shape a integral roadmap with real impact on operationsWhat we're looking for:5–7 years of MES experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong ERP integration knowledge (SAP preferred)Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teamsStrategic thinker with a hands-on mindsetWillingness to travel (occasionally – Europe + global sites)You'll be joining a pragmatic, collaborative team where your input truly shapes the way forward.
