We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated part‑time Gym Attendant. If you enjoy interacting with people, have great interpersonal skills, and can relate to all personality types, our club might be a fit for you! The Gym Attendant will be responsible for general cleanliness of the facility, enforcing rules and policies, and maintaining both the interior and exterior of the building as needed. While on the floor, the attendant must be adaptable in performing assigned duties while monitoring general member activity to enforce safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Takes ownership of results.
- Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
- Adapts well and quickly to various situations.
- Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
- Team player and willing to jump into any task and get it done.
- Possesses strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
- Must be extremely organized.
- Able to work independently, multitask in a fast‑paced and demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high‑quality work.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Requirements
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Must attend all mandatory company trainings within 30 days of employment.
- Follow all current company policies and standard operating procedures, which may be updated or changed over time.
- Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
- Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
- Ability to access and operate company computer systems to prepare documents, enter data, and read reports from databases or email systems.

California Pay Range
$16.50—$20 USD
