Your Role
As a
Technical Support Advisor
, you will:
Be the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate resolutions
Educate customers on product updates and best practices
Manage support tickets and documentation
Collaborate internally on escalations and complex cases
What We're Looking For
Proficient or bilingual in
German
Advanced level of
English
Minimum
2 years experience
in Customer Service or Technical Support
Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
Ability to work in a structured, customer-focused environment
