Descripción de la función del área.

Partnerships: focuses on identifying, structuring, and managing commercial or equity partnerships with financial institutions, financial sponsors, corporates, fintechs, and product providers. The objective is to expand product capabilities, enhance distribution channels, and unlock new revenue streams, fully aligned with CIB's long-term growth strategy.
\n
Innovation: defines and executes the CIB Innovation Agenda in close collaboration with the various CIB business areas. This includes identifying and driving key transformational projects that proactively anticipate client needs and align with emerging business trends.
\n
Digital Assets: General Digital Assets business, responsible for the design and execution of tokenized money, tokenized assets, and cryptocurrency products. The objective is to grow the Digital Assets business across all geographies and segments as a transactional, investment, and market infrastructure product.

Responsabilidades
\n
Collaborate in Corporate & Investment Banking innovation strategy, focusing on blockchain and crypto with a cross-business perspective: from the transformation of current businesses to a total disruption of new models in banking and beyond.
\n
Help execute and deliver innovation projects mainly around blockchain, in a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with CIB Business Areas, Engineering and Customer Solutions teams.
\n
Connect to the external ecosystem; engage external stakeholders, including financial institutions, corporates, fintechs, and providers, to identify areas of complementary business.
\n
Broaden the internal focus and create knowledge and expertise in CIB BBVA around innovation and blockchain.
\n
Collaborate with other areas of the department when needed on building the CIB Innovation and Partnerships agenda, together with CIB businesses.
\n
Focus on business transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on growth in clients and revenues across all geographies.
\n
Requisitos
\n
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or computer science.
\n
Strong understanding of new technologies, in particular Blockchain/Digital Assets/Tokenization/Crypto.
\n
At least 6 years of experience in banking or financial institutions.
\n
Comprehensive understanding of financial markets and banking products.
\n
Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills.
\n
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
\n
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, embrace emerging trends, and drive innovation. xugodme
