Your mission
You will take ownership of the end-to-end infrastructure operations, ensuring:
- Continuous service availability
- Operational excellence across processes
- Technical evolution aligned with hybrid cloud strategy
You will act as the technical authority in critical situations, while also driving long-term improvements.
What you will be responsible for
- Owning service quality across Storage, SAN, Backup and Network domains
- Acting as escalation lead for P1/P2 incidents, ensuring SLA compliance and RCA within 24h
- Driving incident, problem, change and capacity management under ITIL practices
- Coordinating operations across multiple international locations
- Ensuring zero capacity risks and continuous service availability
- Managing and aligning a multi-vendor ecosystem (HPE, NetApp, Brocade, Cisco, IBM, Scality)
- Leading standardization, documentation and knowledge maturity
What we are looking for
- Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure operations
- Deep knowledge of:
- Storage platforms (HPE 3PAR / Alletra, NetApp)
- SAN environments (Brocade)
- Backup & network ecosystems
- Experience in 24x7 mission-critical environments
- Solid understanding of ITIL v4 operational processes
- Exposure to hybrid-cloud and multi-site infrastructures
- Ability to operate between technical depth and stakeholder governance
