The Role & Team:

Infovista is seeking a sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and experience in complex sales cycles to serve as an Account Director for Service Providers. The role involves developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, strengthening existing client relationships, and acquiring new business.

The candidate should have a proactive 'hunting' approach for new logos and expansion within current clients, leveraging their background in service assurance, network testing, and telecom technologies to establish credibility and trust.

This role requires navigating within customer organizations to reach technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor, and fostering growth by driving innovation, automation, and value. The Account Director will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams, including Product Development and Professional Services, to ensure successful deployments.

The candidate will use their sales experience to win business in competitive situations, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets. Infovista offers a challenging, fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and results.

Profile:

* Strong results-oriented drive and target focus.
* Experience selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, or OSS solutions.
* Ability to develop strategic plans for territory and key accounts.
* Industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management.
* Excellent communication and influence skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to articulate concepts across all organizational levels.
* Understanding how technical sales influence business cases and capacity to coordinate internal resources.
* Team-oriented selling, leveraging presales, product management, R&D, and professional services.

Technical Knowledge:

* Deep knowledge of Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions.
* Strong understanding of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations.

Personal Skills and Know-How:

* Strategic thinking, process setup, and planning skills.
* Strong analytical, business acumen, and visionary skills.
* Charisma and ability to inspire others.
* Assertiveness to uphold company standards and interests.
* Prioritization and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and project management capabilities.

Experience:

Minimum 7+ years in building and managing customer or vendor relationships, including with senior executives. Proven track record in selling OSS solutions, closing deals, and meeting quotas. Existing relationships with CSP leaders at companies like Telefonica, Vodafone, and Orange are preferred. Travel up to 50% required.
