Global Expert Recruiting Process & Systems (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Global Manager Recruiting Process & Systems to lead and evolve our recruiting process and technology worldwide. This is a strategic role within our People+ division, working at the intersection of HR, IT, and innovation.
Your mission:
You will drive the global design, performance, and future development of our recruiting platform. You will work closely with international stakeholders and actively shape how we attract talent worldwide.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Acting as Global System Owner for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
* Managing, optimizing, and continuously developing the SuccessFactors Recruiting module
* Partnering closely with IT teams and HR stakeholders across global subsidiaries
* Planning and leading system upgrades, releases, testing cycles, and rollouts
* Designing and implementinga global recruiting process, incl. reporting and KPIs
* Identifying and introducing innovative technologies, digital solutions, and AI-driven approaches to further optimize recruiting
What you bring:
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field
* Proven track record in recruiting process and system optimization on a global scale
* Experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting ,
* Curiosity and enthusiasm for further digital tools, and application of AI in Recruiting
* Experience in international project management
* Strong analytical, conceptual, and structured thinking
* Solid understanding of GDPR, compliance, and audit requirements in an international context
* Fluent English (spoken and written); German is a plus, but not a requirement
* Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate across cultures, and a high level of independence
