Job Description
We are seeking skilled Calibration Engineers to join our team at AVL Iberica in Spain.
* System Validation Engineers: Validate the correct behavior of powertrain components under failure conditions by following a validation plan.
* Powertrain Debug Engineers: Collaborate with production, end-of-line, dealerships, and calibration teams to ensure prototypes and customer vehicles remain operational.
* Calibration Data Management: Assemble, validate, and industrialize calibrations related to powertrain components.
* Generic Calibration Engineers: Plan and perform various tests on engine benches and vehicles for engine base calibration, emission, diagnostics, or driveability.
* Calibration Pilots: Work alongside junior and senior engineers to develop calibrations, serving as technical leads overseeing all activities.
Focused primarily on gasoline hybrid platforms within current projects.
Involve calibration of internal combustion engines and high-voltage components.
Your Responsibilities:

Your Profile:
Mechanical, Automotive, or similar Engineering degree required.
Understanding of internal combustion engines and power electronics essential.
Proficiency in tools like ETAS INCA, AVL Concerto, Vector Canalyzer, AVL Creta, DDT2000, Matlab Simulink, or similar required.
Fluency in English and Spanish necessary; French language skills beneficial.
Minimum 1 year of previous calibration experience, preferably in hybrid systems.
