A day in the life:
* Working in compliance with legislation and IMS (required for all)
* Providing support to local end-users and other locations within the region, both remotely and on-site
* Installing, configuring, coordinating, and supporting local PC hardware and applications in Windows and Mac OS environments
* Maintaining end-user support at the 2nd and 3rd level, ensuring system availability within predefined timeframes
* Ensuring timely resolution of IT incidents, service requests, and problems reported by end-users
* Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration and support of IT systems
* Supporting enterprise projects to drive innovation and efficiency
* Installing software and providing desktop application support
* Assisting centralized teams with support and investigations for MIM issues
* Supervising and tracking work requests to meet SLAs and customer needs
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
* Participating in audits and business continuity planning
* Maintaining IT inventory and validating licenses
* Keeping IT documentation accurate and accessible
* Traveling up to 25% to support other sites as needed
The keys to success:
* Experience in system integration or a comparable field (MCSE, MCITP, etc.)
* Familiarity with Windows 11 and deployment tools like Intune and Autopilot
* Excellent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
* IT support experience in mid to large-sized companies
* Valid driving license (class B)
* Good knowledge of Windows OS and PC/Server hardware
* Skills with Microsoft Office 365 and related support tasks
* Ability to support remote tools, antivirus, backups, and hardware imaging
* Willingness to learn and stay updated with IT trends
* Customer-focused attitude ensuring high end-user satisfaction
* Strong communication skills
