Ansell is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Catalonia, Spain.
In this position you will play a vital role in promoting and selling Ansell’s products and services to achieve or exceed sales targets within the territory of Northeast Spain. The role involves working closely with end users and the distributor network to drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, as well as training and supporting the distributors’ sales teams to ensure successful execution in the field.

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to :
* Manage and grow Ansell’s end-user business within the assigned territory by executing targeted sales and conversion plans.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, distributors, and internal stakeholders to drive sales performance.
* Identify and prioritise new business opportunities and ensure consistent account profiling to support strategic planning.
* Train, support, and supervise distributor teams to ensure product knowledge and effective market coverage.
* Conduct joint customer visits and regular sales meetings to align on strategy, new products, and promotions.
* Monitor distributor performance, trade spend, and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting in CRM systems (, Salesforce), including budgets, forecasts, and customer data.
* Collaborate with Customer Service and Quality departments to address complaints and ensure high service standards.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
* Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums to enhance presence and networking.
* Achieve profit targets and contribute to continuous personal and professional development; Take on additional assignments as directed by the line manager.
What will you bring to Ansell ?
* Solid sales experience, ideally within the industry, with proven channel and consultative selling experience.
* Strong understanding of distribution networks, industry players, end users, and reseller landscape.
* Proficient in CRM systems; skilled in data analysis, budgeting, reporting, negotiation, and defining corrective actions.
* Persuasive communicator, proactive and disciplined, team-oriented, solutions-driven, personable, and commercially savvy ("street smart").
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
