The successful candidate will play a key role in developing regional go‑to‑market strategies, strengthening distributor and partner relationships, driving sales growth, and supporting profitable portfolio expansion across the region. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn and drive the commercial performance of the integrated AV products portfolio across 30 EMEA countries /liliDevelop and implement regional business development and go‑to‑market strategies aligned with company objectives /liliIdentify growth opportunities, market trends, and portfolio gaps to optimize product positioning and sales performance /liliWork closely with regional sales teams, distributors, and country managers to accelerate revenue growth and pipeline generation /liliLead pricing, promotions, product lifecycle management, and profitability initiatives /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, integrators, distributors, and key customers /liliCoordinate product launches, sales enablement activities, and partner training programs across the region /liliSupport strategic and complex deals through consultative and solution‑based selling /liliMonitor portfolio performance using KPIs, sales metrics, forecasting, and market analysis /liliAct as the central point of contact for portfolio‑related initiatives, ensuring alignment between integral strategy and local execution /liliCoordinate closely with sales, marketing, product management, logistics, and supply chain teams to support business growth /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMinimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, or Portfolio Management within the Audio‑Visual (AV) industry /liliMandatory experience within Custom Installation (CI), Smart Home, Integrated AV, or premium audio solutions environments /liliStrong understanding of architectural audio, distributed audio systems, home cinema solutions, amplifiers, DSP, and smart home ecosystems /liliExperience working with AV integrators, distributors, installers, and channel partners across multiple countries or regions /liliBackground working with brands such as Sonance, KEF, Monitor Audio, Bowers Wilkins, Control4, Crestron, Lutron, Savant, Trinnov, NAD, or similar is highly preferred /liliStrong commercial negotiation, partner management, and consultative selling skills /liliExperience managing regional sales targets, forecasting, pricing, and portfolio development initiatives /liliStrong analytical mindset with market awareness and business acumen /liliAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast‑paced international environment /liliProfessional English language skills are mandatory /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliOpportunity to work for a financially strong, fast‑growing multinational company /liliConstant interaction with general teams of professionals /liliInternational career opportunities /liliAccess to continuous professional development: training, certification programs, events, and team buildings /liliAttractive remuneration package /liliLife events’ gifts, corporate presents, and awards, years of service bonuses /liliSpecial prices for the Company products /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
