Now, we’re looking for a Marketplace Account Manager to join Leroy Merlin Spain and play a key role in growing and supporting our sellers, boosting performance, and shaping the future of online home retail.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a proactive, curious, and results-driven team player who’s ready to make an impact. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

🔹 1–3 years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, retail, or FMCG

🔹A strong commercial mindset and sharp analytical skills

🔹Great communication and relationship-building abilities

🔹A hands-on attitude and a drive to learn and grow

🔹High ownership: you’re organized, focused, and goal-oriented

🔹Full fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written

🔹A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

🌟 Bonus: experience with marketplaces or e-commerce platforms


Your Mission

As a Marketplace Account Manager, you’ll be the key driver of success for a portfolio of sellers on our platform.
You’ll:

🔹Build strong relationships and act as their trusted advisor.

🔹Boost performance using tools like ads, promos, and content optimization.

🔹Analyze data to identify growth opportunities.

🔹Partner with internal teams to deliver results and keep sellers thriving.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Marketplace Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping our sellers grow and succeed. Your mission: drive performance, build strong relationships, and make sure every account thrives.

Here’s how:

🔹Own a Portfolio: Take full responsibility for a group of sellers — support, guide, and grow their businesses on our platform.

🔹Drive Growth: Boost performance through smart use of marketplace levers — promotions, ads, product visibility, inventory optimization, and more.

🔹Be a Strategic Partner: Understand each seller’s goals and create tailored plans to help them reach their full potential.

🔹Analyze & Act: Use data to track sales, traffic, and conversion rates — and turn insights into actions.

🔹Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Ops, and Customer Support to deliver impactful results.

🔹Build Trust: Create long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and real value.

🔹Maximize Retention: Anticipate needs, solve problems early, and keep sellers engaged and growing.

🔹Report & Recommend: Provide clear, actionable performance reports to internal teams and clients.
