Responsibilities
- Design and configure SAP Payroll solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
- Translate business requirements into efficient processes within SAP Payroll.
- Provide specialized technical and functional consulting in payroll and HR processes.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to optimize end-user adoption of SAP tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integrations.
Your profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with SAP HCM, specifically Spanish Payroll.
- Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to perform analysis and debugging of related processes and systems.
- Problem-solving and accuracy: high capacity to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues, with strong attention to detail and rigor in execution.
- Adaptability and teamwork: proven ability to work effectively both independently and in multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering collaboration and understanding of needs.
- Location: Madrid or the surrounding area is mandatory, as this position will initially follow a hybrid working model. On-site presence will be required two days per week to meet project needs.
- Fluent level of English is highly valued, though not mandatory.
