About the role
The Compliance team ensures Revolut’s products meet regulatory requirements and translate this into the best customer outcomes. They are data-driven experts who find solutions and carry out testing in a digital environment. As our insurance products grow, so does our Compliance team. We seek an Insurance Compliance Manager to implement the regulatory framework around insurance distribution and ensure our consumer protection practices remain compliant. This is a hands-on role. If you are familiar with insurance, understand insurance distribution requirements across the EEA, and are excited about innovative products, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
* Advising on compliance requirements for insurance products and controls
* Supporting the insurance distribution business operating across the EEA
* Creating, assessing, and implementing policies
* Reviewing insurance product initiatives and providing compliance feedback
* Managing the training programme
* Assessing and approving marketing communications
* Analyzing customer complaints to identify risks
* Collaborating to improve customer outcomes
* Conducting compliance monitoring
* Horizon scanning across countries
* Translating regulations into actionable steps
* Mapping requirements to controls and addressing gaps
* Working with Risk and Legal teams to resolve issues
* Proactively identifying regulatory issues and recommending solutions
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need
* Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
* Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementation
* Expertise with insurance distribution and FOS business model
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
* Understanding of compliance and business risk interactions
* Strong communication skills with internal teams and regulators
* Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
* Sound judgment and analytical skills
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements for insurance intermediaries
* Willingness to develop expertise in crypto and privacy areas
Compensation range
Lithuania: €4,600 - €5,500 gross monthly
Other locations: Compensation discussed during interview
