**Your mission**:
In this role you will be responsible to lead and manage PepsiCo’s e-Commerce growth agenda with Amazon and other Marketplaces. You will own the customer relationships with Amazon’s accounts (working with Amazon.es and Amazon Fresh), while creating a strategic partnership that drives profitable growth.
**Responsibilities**:
**_ Your day to day with us:_**
- Lead and manage PepsiCo’s e-Commerce growth agenda with Amazon and other Marketplaces.
- Own the customer relationships with Amazon’s accounts (Amazon.es, Amazon Fresh), creating a strategic partnership that drives profitable growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer business through internal and external data and insights.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies for PepsiCo’s market potential, creating credible Joint Business Plans in Beverages, Snacks, and Nutrition categories.
- Lead the development of operational excellence for all Amazon-related topics, coordinating and supporting internal efforts to build new processes for Amazon and other marketplace customers.
- Develop e-Commerce-specific consumer marketing campaigns for Amazon, working with the General Business Services team to align execution and review campaign performance.
- Analyze performance data, generate scorecards, and share the impact of the channel with the wider business and customers.
- Working closely with internal teams across the business including DX, Brand, and TCP Teams, Supply, Customer Service and Insights
Qualifications:
**_ What will you need to succeed?_**
- 3 years of relevant e-Commerce sales experience preferably in Consumer Goods category.
- Account management experience, incl. Amazon Vendor accounts prefered
- Analytical mindset & skills - create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven track record of P&L; (Profit and Loss) management and budget delivery
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English
