WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding InfoSec services.
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client leadership and technical teams.
* Oversee the delivery of Cyber Defense and GRC services, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
* Act as the highest point of escalation for service delivery issues and manage critical incidents smoothly.
* Coordinate technical teams, including Cyber Defense and GRC SMEs, ensuring alignment with project goals and client priorities.
* Lead regular service review meetings, including weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
* Present performance metrics, continuous improvement initiatives and strategic recommendations.
* Identify opportunities to optimize service delivery processes, improve customer satisfaction and add strategic value.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Years' experience: 10+ years
English: C1
Spanish: C1
Catalan: C1 nice to have
ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or higher certification is highly desirable.
General security certifications such as Security+ or CISM are a strong plus.
Strong understanding of Cyber Defense operations, including SOC, SIEM and Incident Response.
Knowledge of GRC, including Risk Management, Compliance and Audits.
Exceptional communication, active listening, negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
