Business Data Analyst
Overview
The Business Operation Planning team within HOS-OPS is tasked with establishing a data‑driven decision‑making culture to assist in making business decisions to run the department. This role will focus on leveraging PowerBI and related tools to analyze large, complex datasets and deliver actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision making.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the reporting framework, ensuring built reports are organized, scalable and follow best practices.
* Support analysis and execution using KPIs and metrics for scenario analysis, drilling into data to find underlying trends and insights.
* Map and formalize processes associated with particular objectives or activities, identify best practices and propose process improvements, tools and techniques to increase process efficiency and improve performance.
* Prepare presentations for division management and provide regular management reports and dashboards.
Ideal Candidate
* Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Maths; Master’s degree a plus (Data Analytics, IA, Innovation).
* 1‑3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
* Strong theoretical knowledge of how to structure data queries and demonstrate technical mastery.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with different stakeholders.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Ecosystem Tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query).
* Knowledge of Python, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Databricks & Snowflake, and AI tools is considered a plus.
