About Us
We're a growing international legal services company with our Operational Head Quarters located on the Costa del Sol, helping UK consumers challenge mis-selling and recover compensation across three sectors: Timeshare, Holiday Park Properties, and Managed Retirement Homes. Our clients are ordinary people who've been sold products they didn't understand, locked into contracts with exploitative terms, and left with limited apparent options. We change that.
We operate entirely within UK jurisdiction. No Spanish law, no cross-border complexity - just focused, meaningful consumer casework.
The Role
You'll be our in-house Legal Advisor, working directly with UK-based clients and the internal case team from our Mijas Costa office. Your day-to-day will involve reviewing contracts, advising on legal strategy, and speaking with clients by Zoom and phone - providing genuine guidance rather than generic signposting.
This is a substantive role. We're looking for someone who has a sharp eye for detail, can read a contract looking for angles, not just problems.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on UK consumer and contract law across holiday ownership, holiday park, and retirement property matters
- Conduct client-facing consultations via Zoom and telephone
- Review contracts and legal correspondence; identify unlawful, unfair, or challengeable terms
- Draft and advise on legal letters and internal case notes
- Work closely with the legal team and management on case strategy
What We're Looking For
- UK-qualified solicitor (essential)
- Solid grounding in UK contract and consumer law, with a working knowledge of limitation periods and how to use them
- Legally permitted to live and work in Spain
- Based on the Costa del Sol and able to commute to Mijas Costa reliably.
- Confident and empathetic on client calls - able to translate legal complexity into plain English
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- A lateral thinker who looks for the argument, not just the answer
