Your Role and Responsibilities
The Account Manager will develop, implement, and manage account and segment strategies focused on increasing market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This includes coordinating sales activities, monitoring current accounts and projects, and resolving customer issues.
The role is remote, and the candidate should be based in Europe or the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
* Ownership of global strategy and account plans for focus segments and accounts within the EMEA region.
* Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and sponsors.
* Support sales of Reliability, Safety, and Sustainability portfolios.
* Proactively source and develop new business opportunities.
* Act as the main contact for all account management matters.
* Negotiate contracts and frame agreements.
* Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
* Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Complete administrative tasks, including Salesforce updates and client compliance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, sales, management, or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in account management or business development.
* Good understanding of Reliability, Safety, and Sustainability solutions, preferably in energized assets markets.
