Product Manager – Reactive PU Hotmelt Adhesives (H/M/X)
On behalf of an international industrial company, Manpower is recruiting a Product Manager specialized in reactive polyurethane hotmelt adhesives for textile, flat and technical applications.
Key responsibilities
* Define and execute product strategy in coordination with R&D, Technical Service and Sales
* Lead product development, validation and launch activities
* Act as technical reference during customer projects and sales engagements
* Analyze market trends, competition and portfolio performance
Requirements
* Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or similar
* Minimum 15 years of experience in reactive PU hotmelt adhesives
* Background in product management, technical service and/or sales support
* Fluent English; other languages valued
* Availability to travel across Europe
