The Role
Account Manager
Location: Spain
Brand Addition is a global leader in creative branded merchandise and one of the largest promotional product suppliers in the world. Brand Addition employs over 450 staff in operations across Manchester, London, Germany, Ireland, USA, Hong Kong, and Shanghai.
Who we’re looking for :
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Spanish-speaking Account Manager, based in Spain (preferably Madrid), London, or Manchester, with previous experience in the promotional merchandise or related industries. Reporting to the Global Account Director, you will have a strong passion for sales and product development and will be a key contact for our Spanish clients, managing their product requirements supported by Brand Addition’s customer service, buying, design, compliance, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities :
* Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our clients in the Spanish Market.
* Handle all types of enquiries, identify clients’ needs, and provide professional and efficient service with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
* Collaborate with our in-house creative, purchasing team, and approved suppliers to source quality products at the best value, and provide efficient quotes.
* Ensure all product developments align with customer expectations regarding sustainability, brand guidelines, target market, execution, client marketing strategy, while meeting Brand Addition’s commercial requirements.
* Travel and meet clients within the Spanish Market and our UK-based teams as needed.

Ideal Profile
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Commercially focused, with experience in growing and networking with international clients.
* Ability to maintain and develop client relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience in sales reporting and strategic planning.
* Experience managing client e-commerce merchandise solutions, including order consolidation and marketing activities.
* Strong prioritization skills and computer literacy.
* Personality, empathy, and drive to succeed, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Requirements :
* Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
* Graduate caliber or at least 5 years’ account management experience.
* Experience with large, complex merchandise programs.
* Background in promotional merchandise or related creative, product, marketing, print, or POS fields.
* Project management experience for large client-led promotions, from development to delivery.
* Creative ability to develop stock and bespoke products from concept to production.
