What you'll do
* Brand Development: Oversee the development and consistent application of the brand identity across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence.
* Content Strategy: Guide the creation of video content, animations, and other visual media that enhance the brand story and product offerings, ensuring alignment with the broader creative vision.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and engineering teams, to ensure that creative initiatives meet business objectives and deadlines.
* Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Web3 and decentralized technologies, and integrate relevant innovations into the creative process.
What you'll need
* At least 3-5 years of experience as a brand design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects in branding, and content creation within the tech or blockchain industry.
* Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible and engaging creative outputs.
* Proven experience leading and developing high-performing creative teams, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
* Strategic thinker with a clear understanding of how creative work impacts business outcomes.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
* Industry Experience: Over 2 years of management experience in a similar industry, with a preference for candidates with Web3, fintech, or blockchain experience.
