Redk is looking for a Project Lead with experience in Zendesk to join our team.
As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of key customer projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring and summarising progress of projects. You will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget and coordinate with internal colleagues and external providers to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and fulfil agreed requirements. If you have at least 4 years of experience in project management or a related field, and excellent communication and project management skills, then this position is for you!

What will you do
* Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
* Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
* Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
* Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
* Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
* Actively seek, identify and promote value-add opportunities with our customers.
* Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices. Recognise commercial opportunities and own the end to end Sales Through Service customer experience.
