NNormal is a brand created by Kilian Jornet and Camper — built to challenge the way the outdoor industry thinks, operates, and grows. We make products designed to last, and stories meant to inspire. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can help us elevate how NNormal shows up across all key digital channels. You’ll drive and optimize our CRM and email marketing, manage paid social campaigns, and contribute to broader performance marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on and strategic role, with the freedom to shape new ideas and test smarter, more meaningful ways to grow.
You’ll collaborate across brand, e-commerce, and content teams — helping to bridge performance and creativity. Experience with SEO, SEM, or AI marketing platforms is a strong plus.
Build and execute our CRM and email strategy, from segmentation to automation to triggered flows and campaigns.
Lead our paid social advertising efforts (Meta, TikTok, and others), balancing brand storytelling with performance goals.
Support the planning and coordination of D2C digital campaigns, including product launches and seasonal moments.
Work closely with creative and brand teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects our tone, voice, and values.
Analyze performance data and share actionable insights that improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
Contribute to ongoing experimentation and innovation across digital channels — including SEO, SEM, affiliate, and AI-based marketing tools .
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a D2C, outdoor, or lifestyle brand.
~ Solid understanding of CRM systems, email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), and paid social campaign management .
~ Creative thinker with strong analytical skills — able to connect performance with purpose.
~ Passionate about the outdoors, sustainability, and building brands with meaning.
~ Experience or interest in SEO, Google Ads, AI marketing platforms, and data-driven tools is a strong plus .
