Description
Driving the planning and forecasting cycles in close collaboration with operational managers
Delivering accurate and timely management reporting to local leadership and group controlling
Performing variance analysis, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions
Monitoring KPI performance and leading discussions with management around target achievement
Executing monthly SAP CO closings and analysing financial results
Preparing business performance analyses and management reports
Supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including inventory valuation and risk assessment
Contributing to the preparation of board-level presentations and business reviews
Conducting ad-hoc financial analyses and supporting strategic decision‑making
Developing business cases and evaluating investment opportunities
Identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes
Profile
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar
Proven experience in controlling roles within an international environment
Strong xhfqzwm knowledge of SAP FI/CO and advanced Excel skills
Solid understanding of financial processes, planning and reporting cycles
Analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and ability to partner with senior stakeholders
High level of proactivity, ownership and teamwork
Fluency in Spanish and English
