For our Liquid & Powder Technologies Division, we are currently looking for a Digital Consultant responsible for providing strategic advice, analytical insights, and operational support to the Digitalization Divisional Representative and stakeholders. This role involves coordinating digitalization initiatives and implementing strategies to support the organization's digital transformation.
Main Duties :
* Support the Digitalization Head for the Liquid and Power Division in strategic and operational activities.
* Project Management: Lead and support cross-functional projects aligned with the Digitalization Head's strategic agenda. Develop project plans, timelines, and success criteria; oversee projects to ensure timely delivery and desired outcomes.
* Own and execute projects focusing on digital transformation and innovation within the division.
* Analyze business problems, develop solutions and concepts, including PowerPoint proposals.
* Develop and coordinate strategic and operational decisions within the division.
* Prepare, coordinate, and organize top management workshops and meetings.
* Support business transformation initiatives by setting KPIs and establishing structures for progress follow-up, including reporting, milestones, and timelines.
* Collaborate across functions with sales, CRM, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams, working with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Proven experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business analysis with at least 3 years in a similar role.
* Completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and develop practical recommendations.
* Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, embracing role flexibility between strategic and operational topics.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in financial modeling, market research, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) is preferred.
* This position reports directly to the Digitalization Head and requires professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
* Occasional travel and flexible working hours may be required.
