You will act as the internal design authority on Salesforce architecture, ensuring that all solutions delivered meet the standards for quality, scalability, and security. Your expertise will be critical in safeguarding our internal knowledge, driving best practices, and enabling the successful adoption of Salesforce worldwide.You will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders, external implementation partners, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery and ongoing evolution of our Salesforce platform.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in CRM, communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce projects.Additional experience in complex integrations with Hubspot Marketing Hub and Enterprise Data Platform would be valued.Responsibilities- Serve as the internal technical authority for Salesforce architecture, design, and best practices.- Define and maintain the Salesforce architectural vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.- Review and validate technical solutions proposed and delivered by external partners, ensuring compliance with Atradius standards.- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.- Oversee the technical quality of Salesforce implementations, including code reviews, integration design, and data model governance.- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of the Salesforce platform.- Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and solution design decisions.- Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the internal Salesforce community.- Stay updated on Salesforce platform developments, industry trends, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the team.- Support the enablement and upskilling of internal teams on Salesforce technologies.Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in Salesforce architecture, technical leadership, and solution design.- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect are required.- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly desirable.- Proven track record in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations, preferably in international environments.- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform integrations.- Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce) and integration patterns (APIs, middleware).- Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and governance within Salesforce.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.- Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.- Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities to identify improvement opportunities and innovative solutions.Equal opportunities for allThe success of our organisation stands with the quality of our people and the ideas they have.
