4. Deliver an extraordinary customer experience through brand storytelling and by fostering synergies between categories to drive sales in store or via out-reach
5. Communicate consistently with the team to ensure excellent customer service and with the manager on commercial opportunities and providing customer feedback
Ralph Lauren Brand Ambassador
6. Create a unique and elevated environment in line with the Ralph Lauren sales code
7. Embody the Ralph Lauren values and spirit
8. Support the managers developing the team's product knowledge and selling culture
Operations
9. Be an expert of the Ralph Lauren corner systems and procedures to enhance selling
10. Participate in store merchandising activities in line with the Ralph Lauren standards and creative directives
11. Maintain established operational and merchandising store standards
