TP-LINK ESPAÑA is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager to take full ownership of the company's finance function in Spain. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on finance professional with deep expertise in Spanish accounting and taxation, looking to make a real impact in a fast-growing, market-leading global technology brand. Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting & Control
- Manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
- Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to company financial policies.
- Coordinate annual audits and address auditor queries.
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of corporate tax, VAT, SII, and other local taxes in Spain.
- Monitor changes in local tax and finance regulations; proactively advise management on implications and compliance requirements.
3. Operational Finance Support
- Lead the team to perform daily finance work, helping to solve any relevant issues resulting from accounting, tax, and inventory management.
- Perform review of contracts and insurance documentation to support commercial and operational activities.
- On an ad hoc basis, support the Sales team with deep-dive financial analysis, impact quantification, and viable option recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly motivated and hands-on with a proactive attitude to resolve issues.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in accounting and tax in Spain, with solid working knowledge of Spanish GAAP, corporate tax, VAT, and SII.
- Proficient in SAP systems and A3 tax reporting software; advanced Excel skills required.
- Proven team management experience with a stable career track record.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
