At Capitole, we are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect to join an international project, focused on supporting an internal migration journey from on-premise environments to Azure cloud.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining Azure technical expertise with solution design, PoC validation and technical advisory for internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with internal teams, helping them assess technical needs, define suitable Azure-based solutions and validate architectures before implementation.

What will you do?

• Design and validate cloud solution architectures for internal services and applications.
• Support migration initiatives from on-premise environments to Azure.
• Develop and validate Proofs of Concept to confirm technical feasibility, performance and integration.
• Prepare technical proposals and architecture recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Help teams choose the right Azure services depending on application needs, scalability, security and operational requirements.
• Support the adoption of Azure services across internal teams.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure-related topics from an architectural and solution-design perspective.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with cloud best practices.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Cloud Solution Architect, Azure Cloud Architect, Cloud Architect, Technical Architect, Cloud Consultant or similar role.
• Strong experience designing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with cloud migration or application modernization projects.
• Good understanding of Azure PaaS and container-based services.
• Experience with Azure App Service, Azure Functions and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Knowledge of Azure Container Apps, Azure Front Door and Azure Application Gateway.
• Experience with certificate and secrets management solutions, ideally Azure Key Vault or similar.
• Ability to design, document and validate end-to-end solution architectures.
• Experience supporting internal teams or stakeholders in cloud adoption initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
• Fluent English for an international working environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub CI/CD or similar CI/CD tools.
• Kubernetes certification, ideally CKA.
• Basic PowerShell knowledge for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with Azure DNS.
• Knowledge of IAM workflows, authentication and authorization.

Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: 40h/week. Flexible, with reduced hours on Fridays
