About the Role:
As a Content Moderator, you'll be responsible for reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it adheres to platform guidelines. Your ability to apply moderation policies consistently, communicate effectively, and address concerns will help maintain a safe and engaging online community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and assess content (text, images, videos, etc.) to ensure it complies with community standards
* Apply moderation policies consistently across all types of user-submitted content
* Handle user appeals professionally, providing clear explanations for moderation actions
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform guidelines and industry regulations
* Report on trends, emerging risks, and content-related issues to improve moderation processes
* Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and enhance content moderation strategies
Requirements:
* Proficiency in German (C2 level)
* Proficiency in English (B2 level)
* Relevant Experience is preferable
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
