Job Overview
We’re looking for a designer who doesn’t just create beautiful visuals — but high‑converting ones. It’s important that you understand marketing, can quickly assemble landing pages, produce test‑ready creatives, and review everything with the eye of a QA tester. This role is one of the key positions in our R&D team — speed, precision, and taste have a direct impact on the test results. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
* Creating and building landing pages on Tilda.
* Producing static and video creatives tailored to specific tests.
* Checking the technical accuracy and correct functioning of all elements.
* Identifying ways to improve loading speed and mobile usability.
* Working in fast iterations: build → test → refine.
* Supporting several ongoing tests simultaneously.
* Maintaining clear communication with the PMM and performance marketing specialist.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a digital designer.
* Strong skills in Tilda (adaptive design, layout, integrations, performance optimization).
* Ability to use HTML, CSS.
* Deep understanding of mobile‑first design and the specific needs of mobile traffic.
* Ability to integrate scripts, validate forms, configure trackers, and ensure a smooth user journey.
* Ability to create static and simple video creatives (manually or using AI tool).
* A strong design sense — you can distinguish high‑quality visuals from generic AI output.
* Native‑level Russian language.
* High attention to detail and clean, fast execution.
* Experience working closely with copywriters and performance marketers.
* Regular use of AI tools in your workflow to speed up production.
* JS as a plus.
