The role focuses on building relationships, qualifying opportunities, and helping customers adopt IoT connectivity solutions that meet their business needs.This is a sales-driven role with strategic impact, offering exposure to international markets and emerging technologies.Key Responsibilities- Engage with prospective and existing customers across Latin America via phone-based sales activity.- Consistently work towards and achieve defined sales targets.- Develop a strong understanding of connectivity and IoT solutions in order to explain value clearly and confidently.- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.- Qualify and escalate larger or more complex opportunities to field sales teams.- Manage order processing efficiently to ensure a smooth customer journey.- Respond to customer queries and issues in a professional and solutions-focused manner.Required Experience & Skills- 1–2 years’ experience in sales as a new business hunter, ideally in a target-driven environment.- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal communication skills.- Ability to learn and explain technical products or services quickly.- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools.- Confident negotiation skills and experience handling objections.- Resilience, persistence, and the ability to remain focused under pressure.- Understanding of Latin American markets or business practices is advantageous.
