This position is always open because Drumelia is constantly growing and because sales are at the core of everything we do. However, being always open does not mean it is easy to enter. We only look for people who can meet Drumelia’s standards.
We are currently looking for Junior Property Consultants.
If you have no prior experience in real estate, you can join our structured 12‑month training program. During this period, you will receive a fixed salary plus small commissions while being trained step by step, from the fundamentals to more advanced skills. By the end of the program, you will be ready to become a Property Consultant operating at Drumelia standards. It is important to understand that once promoted to Property Consultant, the role is 100% commission-based.
Throughout the training program, performance is closely monitored through clear objectives, regular feedback, and structured evaluations. Progression is earned, not automatic.
We are looking for profiles between 25 and 35 years old with previous work experience in any field. Sales experience is a strong advantage. We are interested in candidates who are looking to build a long-term career in real estate. This role requires full commitment, discipline, resilience, and a willingness to learn and improve every day. It is demanding and fast‑paced, and it is not suited to those looking for a short‑term or part‑time opportunity. We look for candidates who want to become the best version of themselves and are willing to be challenged to achieve it.
