Data Program Manager Description - Lead and develop the F&C data intelligence program, making it easier to manage and improve delivery models by linking it with key business information. Help drive channel p rograms and boost efficiency, support channel operations. Create a clear plan for better data systems, quality, and analytics to make a real difference for the business and ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities : Program Management Oversee the Channel analytics roadmap to ensure alignment with F&C strategy, infrastructure, and IT plans. Collaborate cross- functionally to deliver data intelligence projects on time and within scope, establishing a robust, high-quality data infrastructure. Business Cases & Use Cases Document analytics requirements and expected outcomes, build solutions, and coordinate with process and infrastructure teams. Develop analytics tools and business cases to support process improvements and investment decisions. Use these tools to analyse delivery model efficiency and provide recommendations. Data Quality & Governance Define and execute plans to address data quality issues in collaboration with process, tools, and architecture teams. Resolve data duplicates, structure/hierarchy issues, and maintenance gaps. Promote master data management, repository standards, compliance, and data stewardship. Efficiency Modeling & Analytics Enhance and run segmentation and coverage models to optimize channel performance. Develop new models leveraging business and delivery CS data, linking channel data to field data for comprehensive analysis. Drive automation and continuous improvement in analytics. Stakeholder Liaison Serve as the primary contact for business teams on data topics, fostering collaboration and alignment. Partner with compliance, finance, and partner teams for E2E experience and performance reviews. Support QBR/stakeholder reviews and ROI analysis. Required Skills Proven PMO/ program management experience with IT/data projects (PMP, Agile, or similar certification preferred). Advanced data manipulation and model l ing skills (SQL, Power BI, ETL, Python). Deep knowledge of CRM data governance, master data management, and enterprise data architecture. Experience addressing data quality issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to translate technical requirements into business value and communicate with executive impact.
