As part of the expansion of the Technical Solutions Division, we are recruiting a Project Sales Manager in Spain, reporting to the Sales Director for Technical Solutions (Central & Western Europe).

In this role, you will accelerate growth and brand awareness in the Iberia market by building strong relationships with specifiers, contractors, and distributors, ensuring Knauf Insulation solutions are specified and adopted across the value chain.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Developing long-term relationships with consultants, engineers, architects, and contractors.
2. Identifying and tracking key specification opportunities, ensuring project continuity to procurement.
3. Collaborating with the European commercial team to convert projects into sales.
4. Providing technical guidance and presenting solutions aligned with fire, thermal, and acoustic standards.
5. Supporting contractors and installers with product training, site visits, and technical documentation.
6. Recording project activities in Salesforce CRM and maintaining an accurate project pipeline.
7. Contributing to contractor engagement best practices and project performance tracking.
8. Delivering tailored quotations that meet project requirements and company objectives.

We are looking for someone with:

* A positive attitude, strong relationship-building, and communication skills.
* At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, specification, or industrial project support.
* Knowledge of the Spain construction ecosystem (specifiers, contractors, merchant model).
* Experience in HVAC, fire protection, or industrial insulation markets is a plus.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
* Fluency in English.
* Valid driving license.
